Guest Lecture on ‘Career in Human Resource’ by Sohail Shaikh was held on 10-Feb-2011 at S.B. Patil Institute of Management. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Management (HR& Retail) .He is a certified trainer for auditing ISO process He has conducted various corporate training ,Faculty Development Program and workshop at various management institutes and currently visiting faculty in PUMBA .
The objective of the lecture was to show students regarding the various career options in the Human Resource specialization so that they can start a career of their choice. He also discussed about the various roles to be played in the various organizations after MBA in Human Resource, the prospective employees, expectations of the Industries and the future of HR Management.
