October 07, 2011 : As a part of Corporate-to-Campus (C2C) drive, a special guidance session on “Improving Professionalism” was organized in S.B. Patil Institute of Management(SBPIM), Nigdi, Pune, for MBA students. Mr. Nishikant Ingle, General Manager- Business Excellence (Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.) guided MBA students in improving professionalism through Self-Development. Mr. Ingle stated that The Output of any Institute is the Input of industry and explained students on how corporate also can work on a comon platform with Institutes to create such professionals as “Ready to use employees”. Dr. H.D. Thorat, Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Dr. Yashwant Vaishanpayan, Prof. Vinay Chandratre and all other staff memebrs were present for the session. Mr. Ingle made an interactive  presentation on following points…..
