SGA: In Class-Room teaching, students are practically subjected to learn through Small Group Activities (SGAs). Students, in small groups, are provided with subject specific and business specific topics to work upon and are made to present their presentations to all the students and faculty. This helps them in developing as strong individuals and team-players forming greater teams. The high degree of simulation between students preparations and Faculty guidance makes this entire process highly interactive and interesting leading students to learn Attitude towards working together, subject Knowledge and Skills like communication, Presentation, Interpersonal relations in team performance with profound synergy, stage courage, etc.
Finishing School: Separate sessions are conducted throughout the year to brush up the Language skills of students. It also offers an extensive training for entire business English communication skills and offers training for Business English Certification (BEC), a well-accepted certification from ESOL, a department of University of Cambridge, which is the world’s leading provider of English language qualifications. This concept of Finishing School imparts exciting and interesting learning about Employability and Soft-skills through its regular interactive Role-play sessions.
C2C: Under Corporate to Campus (C2C) theme, SBPIM students are provided with guidance from eminent experts from industry to practically understand the corporate world.
Guest Lectures & Training Programs : Students are subjected to various guest lectures, tailor-made training programs and workshops by Academic Experts as well as Industrial trainers.
Entrepreneurship: We thank the Entrepreneurs’ International Trust and The Entrepreneurs’ Club of Pimpri-Chinchwad for providing regular mentorship to our students aspiring to become Entrepreneurs.
The above Teaching-Learning process is immensely beneficial in taking the individual students to higher levels from Dependence to Independence (Private victory) and further to Interdependence (Public victory), where student understands the fundamentals of adult-ego-state instilling maturity to realize that he is neither dependent nor Independent…. but he is interdependent… meaning he depends on some others and some others also depend on him…. This creates a great deal of Leadership in him making him understand how to carry the rest of the team players along with him….creating A complete “Ready to use Employee”, as desired by the industry and business at National and Global level as well.
