Mrs. Puja Gavande is an accomplished academician, finance and Analytics professional, trainer, and corporate consultant with over 17 years of professional experience in the education and training sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and two MBA specializations in Finance and Business Analytics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Her areas of expertise include Finance, Business Analytics, Advanced MS Excel, Tally Prime, GST, Banking and Insurance, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing.
She has been actively engaged in higher education and academic training, teaching and mentoring learners ranging from higher secondary students to postgraduate management students. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical learning, industry-oriented applications, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled education. She has conducted several workshops, FDPs, training programmes, and invited sessions on Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, and emerging digital technologies for students, faculty members, and professionals. Her corporate experience includes serving as Regional Head at one of the leading accounting institute where she was associated with business development, government projects, training initiatives, and training & placement activities.
