The induction began with a session by Ms. Pooja Susveerkar (Heartfulness Team) on “Healthy Mind, Productive Life”, focusing on mindfulness and emotional well-being.
Team-building activities conducted by senior volunteers encouraged collaboration and leadership among students.
The day concluded with Dr. Shitalkumar Rawandale’s (Dean Placements, PCET- Nutan & President, Maharashtra Association of TPO’s (MaTPO) session on “Career Opportunities & Placement Preparation.”
Dr. Roopali Kudare (HOD Academics) oriented students through “Decoding MBA”, followed by faculty introductions led by Dr. Amarish Padma.
Mr. Kaustubhamani Gothivarekar (Managing Director, CyberEdu Pune) delivered a session on “Cyber Essentials for MBA Professionals.” The day ended with a creative Green Club skit and interaction led by Dr. Iram Ansari, promoting sustainability and eco-consciousness.
The day began with an energetic Zumba session by Ms. Asawari Joshi (Zumba Trainer), followed by Ms. Noella Steven’s, (Corporate Trainer) interactive talk on “Personal Grooming & Professional Etiquette.”
Post-lunch, students explored library resources with Mrs. Swati Satpute, attended Dr. Kajal Maheshwari’s session on holistic student growth, and ended the day with Mr. Ashim Pathak’s talk on “Campus to Corporate.”
The formal inauguration began with the Lamp Lighting Ceremony and a Welcome Address by Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director, SBPIM.
Inspirational talks followed by Mr. Ashwani Mattoo (Senior General Manager, TATA.ev), Mr. Shrikant Zawar (Founder & CTO, RevolutionTeX | Founder, Mithya 4D Stationery), and Mr. Thomas Augustine (Senior Manager, Business HR & Admin, Bajaj Finance Ltd) focused on leadership, growth mindset, and corporate culture.
Post-lunch, Mr. Thamburaj Anthuvan (Sr. VP & BU Head – USV Pvt. Ltd.) spoke on “AI and the Future Manager,” and Ms. Juhi Gupta (Founder & Director, Talent Resources) conducted a session on “Professional Presence.” The day concluded with a Vote of Thanks and the National Song.
The day featured a dynamic Alumni Panel Discussion titled “Alumni in Action,” where graduates shared corporate insights and success stories. Ms. Akhila Nambiar – Head Marketing Communications, Chicago Pneumatic, Mr. Melson Mathew – Alliance Manager, IBM Tech Mahindra, Mr. Harshal Borase – Entrepreneur, Co-Founder & Head Marketing, Green Globe Biotechnologies | Founder, Greenfield Technologies, Mr. Piyush Chavada – Finance Specialist, PwC India, Mr. Sanket Kumbhar – People Business Partner, Dun & Bradstreet, Ms. Blessy Varghese – Resume Writer & Mock Interview Specialist and Mr. Akash Raut – State Head, Freecharge shared their corporate and entrepreneurial journey with the new batch.
Mr. Pradeep Lokhande (Founder, Rural Relations) inspired students through his session on “Changing Rural India,” followed by Mr. Ashish Thakur (CIO, Cummins India) on “Universal Human Values.”
The day ended with TALENTRA 2K25, a cultural and talent showcase that fostered teamwork and creativity among the new batch.
The final day introduced Marketing, Finance, and HR Clubs by respective coordinators Dr. Yogendrah Deaokar, Dr. Bhushan Pardeshi, and Dr. Pranita Burbure.
Mr. Sanjay Tripathi (We Mentor) concluded the program with a session on “Skill Development & Career Readiness for Future Managers.”
The six-day induction ended with enthusiasm and clarity, setting a strong foundation for the MBA journey ahead.
