Reaction to Response
PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) organized a One-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Reaction to Response at the Workplace” on 27 January 2026 at Seminar Hall . The programme was designed to enhance understanding among faculty and staff regarding the importance of mindful responses, emotional intelligence, and professional conduct in today’s dynamic workplace environment.
The FDP focused on promoting self-awareness, effective communication, and thoughtful decision-making, helping participants differentiate between impulsive reactions and constructive responses in professional settings. The session encouraged faculty and staff to reflect on workplace behavior and develop skills for fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) organized a 2-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Case Study Writing and Teaching on 14 & 15 February 2026 in offline mode on campus. The programme was designed to enhance faculty expertise in developing case studies and adopting case-based teaching methodologies for effective classroom learning.
The FDP aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of case writing techniques, practical applications, and innovative pedagogical approaches to improve teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
The sessions were conducted by Dr. Saumya Ranjan Dash, Professor (Finance & Accounting) from Indian Institute of Management Indore, who shared valuable insights, expertise, and practical perspectives on case study development and teaching practices. The programme provided faculty members with an enriching platform for academic learning and professional development.
