NextGen HR Club

The NextGen HR Club is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources (HR) domain, fostering both skill development and industry insight. The club aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world HR practices by organisakal-yin expert-led sessions featuring seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the field. These sessions will offer students valuable perspectives on the HR industry, while also incorporating interactive and engaging activities that focus on HR processes and practices.

The club's initiatives are tailored to enhance students' attitudes and outlook towards the HR field, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet industry challenges and succeed in their careers.

Objectives of the NextGen HR Club:

Industry Exposure: Connect students with experienced HR professionals who can provide guidance and share insights into the evolving challenges and opportunities within the HR domain.
Student-Faculty Engagement: Foster strong relationships between students and faculty, facilitating meaningful discussions and collaborative learning experiences.

Marketing Maestros - Marketing Club

The Marketing Club is a dynamic student-driven initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world marketing practices. It serves as a platform for MBA students to explore contemporary marketing trends, develop strategic thinking, and enhance their practical skills through experiential learning.

The club fosters creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking by engaging students in various marketing-oriented activities, industry interactions, and competitive events.

Objectives of the Marketing Club

To provide practical exposure to modern marketing concepts, tools, and techniques beyond classroom learning.
To encourage creativity and innovation in branding, advertising, and consumer engagement.
To develop leadership and teamwork abilities through participation in group activities and competitions.
To keep students updated with emerging trends such as digital marketing, consumer behavior analytics, and brand management.

FINANCE CLUB

FINOVATORS

FINOVATORS, Finance Club of S. B. Patil Institute of Management is a students’ initiative . The aim of this club is to develop interest in the area of finance and allied disciplines. The club will conduct training, certifications, industrial visits, research reports, competitions, workshops and guest lectures, etc. The outcome of this club will be enhancement of financial knowledge, skills and professional development. The club will act as a bridge between the industry, student and faculty community.

Objectives of Club:

To develop conceptual knowledge and skills of finance and allied disciplines among students and faculties.
To bridge the gap between theoretical and practical aspects of finance and allied disciplines.

1. FINCLUB Inauguration

The Finance Club was inaugurated on 10th July 2021 and invited the Expert for FinTalk from two different fields of Finance. Mr. Pravin Patil and Mr. Atul Patil.

2. QUIZZY POPS

Finovators organized a Quiz Contest for the Students and announced winners of the event.

3. FINTALKS & Introduction to ‘FINOVATORS CERTIFICATIONS’ & ‘FINOVATORS E-LEARNING’

Finovators invited Ms. Rachana Londhe as an expert for FinTalks to share her experience. Also planned for Finovators Certifications and Finovators E-Learning and encourages to complete the list of certifications in the span of 50 days and record video on any concept of their choice.

Sakal YIN Elected Members Felicitation

The Sakal YIN Elections at S.B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) marked a proud moment as the newly elected office bearers were felicitated for their leadership and achievement. Yugandhara Kangralkar (President), Jignesh Baviskar (Vice President), Sayali Kate (Secretary), and Sumedh Mohane (Organizer) were congratulated for earning the trust and confidence of their peers through their dedication and leadership qualities.

The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence and blessings of PCET trustees, dignitaries, and SBPIM leadership, including Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director, SBPIM, Dr. Roopali Kudare, Dr. Kajal Maheshwari, and Faculty Coordinator Sakal YIN, who appreciated and felicitated the students for their remarkable success. The event celebrated student leadership and inspired the newly elected team to take on their responsibilities with commitment and make a meaningful impact.

Celebrating Sakal YIN’s 11th Anniversary

SBPIM proudly celebrated the 11th YIN Foundation Day on 9th September 2025, bringing together students, dignitaries, and academic leaders for an inspiring and memorable occasion. The event featured an enlightening address by Chief Guest Purushottam Maharaj Patil, who motivated students on the values of leadership and nation-building, while distinguished guests and institutional heads added significance to the celebration. 🌟

The programme was further enriched by the presence of renowned dignitaries, principals from various institutes, and vibrant cultural performances by talented students, making the event a grand celebration of youth leadership, creativity, and collective inspiration at SBPIM.
