Currently serving as an assistant professor at S. B. Patil Institute of Management, Pune, she specializes in human resource management and organizational behavior, with expertise in compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee engagement, and employee resilience. A UGC-NET and SET-qualified PhD scholar, her research focuses on employee resilience in the post-pandemic IT sector.
