On 24th November 2025, students of PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) participated in a one-day Outbound Management Training (OMT) session at Kalbhor Farms, Kamshet. The day began with a refreshing fog-filled winter morning that set a perfect tone for experiential learning in nature.

The session focused on enhancing crucial managerial and interpersonal competencies such as leadership, teamwork, strategic thinking, decision-making, adaptability, and communication. Through thoughtfully designed group activities and challenges, students learned the importance of collaboration, trust-building, and stepping beyond comfort zones—skills essential for tomorrow’s leaders.
Alongside the activities, students had the opportunity to explore the scenic Pavana riverbank and lush countryside surroundings, creating a balanced environment of learning, reflection, and rejuvenation. The day concluded with music, interactions, and meaningful sharing of learnings, making the experience memorable, engaging, and impactful.
The event was held under the guidance of Dr. Kirti Dharwadkar, Director, SBPIM, whose vision is to integrate experiential frameworks into management learning. The program was successfully coordinated by Dr. Kajal Maheshwari and Dr. Anishkumar Karia.
